Congratulations to the Appreciation recipients of the 2017 Annual Benjamin Franklin Excellence Awards! What a fantastic evening had by all and what an honor to have such wonderful community leaders in our Lodge.
Thank you to Papa Dan's for providing an excellent dinner for the event consisting of delicious penne pasta, salad, meat balls and garlic bread!
Appreciation to all the brothers that helped make this night possible. Coachella Lodge continues to support the community and help raise the future leaders of Coachella.
Coachella Lodge #476 wishes all it's brothers, concordant bodies, family and friends a happy Thanksgiving. Lets all give thanks for what we have and the opportunity to gather with family and friends.
The Coachella Valley chapter of the Eastern Star just had their latest installation of officers. Congratulations to the new Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron - Jacqueline Calderon and Rodney Slagle. The turnout was amazing with the Grand Worthy Matron, Grand Worthy Patron and several over Grand Chapter officers of the state of California coming in to take part in the occasion. The cruise ship theme and decorations within the lodge pulled it all together. Along with the amazing catering done by none other than Diane Reed.
Many of our lodge members and their families had a chance to visit the Los Angeles Shriners Hospital for Children. This was an amazing opportunity to visit this famous hospital before it is finally retired to the new hospital that is being built in Pasadena. The facilities here are amazing and the amount of care the children receive is phenomenal. It was quite a joy to get a tour through all the offices, therapy rooms and workshops that build the prosthetics.
